It doesn't look good when she seems to be awfully silent about the genocide in Gaza. And she could have just said Amy is misunderstood like her but no, she just had to say something like "use her voice to speak for justice". Can't really blame the people getting the wrong idea. This is all on her. She needs to come out to clarify what she really means.

No she doesn't. It is not her job to take positions on insanely polarizing conflicts. And maybe she did not drink the kool aid about the willful misuse of inflammatory terms. She does not need to say anything, and nor did she. In the end she seems willing to stand on principle for a friend despite the braying online mob. Seems commendable.
